This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue Writ, order or orders specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of 3rd and 6th Respondents in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening the petitioners to vacate the schedule property in an extent of Ac.0.95 cents in R.S.No.80/10 of Thogummi Village of Kovvuru Mandal, West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, amounts to interfering into the personal life and liberty of the petitioners without following due process of Law and also is in violation of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider representation dated 08-06-2020 and take necessary action against the 3rd Respondent in interfere into civil disputes and pass…”
2. None represented on behalf of the petitioners. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that two crimes viz., Crime Nos.171 and 182 of 2020 were registered against the petitioners under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and that police are not interfering in the civil disputes of the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4
