The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order dated 07.03.2025 whereby, the request for grant of arms license was rejected mainly on the ground that the same was not in the prescribed proforma and no reasons have been recorded in column 18 of the said application. 3. Considering the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application on the appropriate form disclosing all the material facts. 4. The said application if filed shall be considered and decided on its own merit and in accordance with law. While doing so, the order dated 07.03.2025 or the earlier order dated 26.02.2024 will not come in the way.
