The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To direct the court below i.e. Civil Judge (J.D.), External Court, Nighasan, Lakhimpur Kheri to prepone the hearing of the application under Order 39, Rule 2(A) of the CPC filed by the petitioners on 09.04.2025 and consider and decide the same before date fixed i.e. on 11.07.2025 or at an early date, contained as Annexure No.1 to the petition." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge (J.D.) to pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner for preponement of the date in accordance with law within a period of one week from today. The petitioner would be entitled to move an application for direction to the SHO concerned for ensuring the compliance, which shall also be decided by the trial court within a period of one week from today.
