The present application has been filed for the following main relief:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to give the effect of the order dated 19.5.2025 passed by the opposite party No. 5, as contained in Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition." On being confronted, learned Counsel for the petitioners says that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 19.05.2025, before appropriate Forum as per law. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
