Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State counsel for the State and perused the records. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following main relief(s):- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 2 & 3 for payment of the wages/ Honorarium to the petitioner from 16.8.2022 till date @ Rs. 5,225/- per month as the petitioner is working as Guard/Chowkidar of Nursery Centre Shahpur Pooran, Lambhua, Sultanpur operated by the forest department. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party No. 2 & 3 to make payment of the arrear of the wages/honorarim to the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has preferred applications/representations but no decision has been taken by the authority concerned on the applications/representations of the petitioner. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that ends of justice would suffice if necessary direction for disposal of the said applications/representations of the petitioner is issued to the authority concerned within a stipulated time. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. Considering the aforesaid innocuous prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, without entering into merits of the case, the authority concerned is hereby directed to consider and decide the application/representation of the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, by means of a speaking and reasoned order with expedition.
