He alleges that a tank known as Kattayapillai Kulam in S.No.1123 is sought to be converted as a cricket ground. It is further undertaken that survey will be conducted and notices will be issued to interested persons. The respondents agreed to restore the original condition. Restoration of kulam as well as feeder channels will be done as expeditiously as possible. 4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
