By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of First Information Report lodged by the opposite party no.3, against the petitioner on the basis of false and fabricated facts on 19.05.2025 at case Crime No. 60 of 2025, under Sections 331(4), 305, 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station Fursat Ganj, District Amethi,only relates to the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned cousnel for the petitioner states that he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek remedy as provided under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy as permissible in law before appropriate court.
