By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of First Information Report dated 18.05.2025 lodged against petitioner which is registered as F.I.R. No. 0261 of 2025 under Section 3/5(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, Police Station Safdarganj, District Barabanki (contained as Annexure No.1), in the interest of justice. 3. After arguing at some length, learned cousnel for the petitioner states that he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek remedy as provided under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy as permissible in law before appropriate court.
