Heard. 2. Considering the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to private opposite party is dispensed with. 3. Petitioner- complainant alleges that inspite of a report dated 01.04.2025 by the Lekhpul no action has been taken by the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Tulsipur, District-Balrampur for cancellation of income certificate illegally and incorrectly issued to opposite party no.5 who based on the said incorrect certificate has been appointed as an Anganwadi Karykartri whereas the petitioner who was also one of the candidates could not be appointed. 4. If any such complaint is pending, let Tehsildar, Tehsil- Tulsipur, District-Balrampur look into the matter and take such decision as may be required unless there is any legal impediment in which case he shall inform the petitioner in writing. Before any such decision, opposite party no.5 shall also be heard. We have not adjudicated the merits of the allegation by the petitioner nor the veracity of the documents relied by him which shall be seen by the Tehsildar as per law.
