Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an application for early hearing before the Court concerned giving the details of the hardship faced by the petitioner. 3. In case such an application is filed, the DRT concerned shall consider the same sympathetically and endeavour to decide the case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months.
