In view of order being passed, notices to opposite party no.4 stand dispensed with. 3. Appeal has been filed under Section 14A(1) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 praying for quashing of charge sheet and entire proceedings in S.C. No.1344 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime no.64 of 2021 under Sections 323, 504, 324 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r) and Section 3(1)(s) of Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 including setting aside order passed by the court below taking cognizance and issuing summons against appellant. 4. Learned counsel for Appellant after arguing at some length, has submitted that present appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to appellant to file bail application before court concerned which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. 5. Accordingly, prayer for quashing of impugned proceeding is refused. So far as other prayer is concerned, it is provided that in case appellant Jai Singh Verma @ Jai Singh appears before court concerned within 14 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 6. The Appeal is disposed of subject to aforesaid observations. 7. Benefit of this order shall be available to the Appellant(s) only in case he/they comply with aforesaid directions within the stipulated time.
