Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing for the opposite parties. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following main relief:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to send back the petitioner from Intelligence Department to his parent department i.e. Civil Police (District Police) in light of Government Order dated 19.06.2019, contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing opposite party No.2 to take a decision on representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2025, contained as Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, within a stipulated time framed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has preferred a representation dated 29.04.2025 but no decision has been taken on the same till date. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that petitioner is ready and willing to prefer a fresh representation to Competent Authority, therefore, he may be granted liberty for the same and direction may be issued to consider and decide the said representation within a stipulated time. 5. Learned State Counsel has no objection if direction is issued to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 6. In view of above, without entering into merits of the issue, the instant writ petition is being disposed of finally at the admission stage permitting petitioner to prefer a fresh representation to opposite party No.3 i.e. Additional Director General of Police (Establishment) D.G.P. Headquarter, Lucknow taking all pleas and grounds which are available with him annexing therewith copy of his earlier representation, if any, and the relevant documents in support of his claim within a period of fifteen days from today, and if any such representation is preferred by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law, by passing a speaking and reasoned order in the light of Government Order dated 19.06.2019, in case the same is applicable, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with fresh representation and the decision thereof be intimated to the petitioner forthwith. 7.
