In view of the order proposed, notice to Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. The instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs: "1. To direct the opposite party no. 2 to expeditiously decide the Suit filed by the Petitioner in Regular Suit No.586/2021, Shrawan Kumar Dubey Versus Harishyam Pandey & others, (Within a stipulate time), which are pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division (First) Faizabad (i.e. opposite party no. 2) contained as ANNEXURE NO. 1 to this writ petition. 2. To issue any other direction, which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper in the circumstances of the case in the favour of the petitioner. 3. To allow the petition with cost in favour of the petitioner." 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed a civil suit i.e. Regular Suit No.586 of 2021 (Shrawan Kumar Dubey Versus Harishyam Pandey and others) in the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) (First), Faizabad and the said suit is pending since the year 2021. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has thus argued that it would be in the fitness of things if this Court may issue a direction to the learned trial court to hear and decide the suit in question expeditiously. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and I find that the Regular Suit No.586 of 2021 (Shrawan Kumar Dubey Versus Harishyam Pandey and others) is pending before the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) (First), Faizabad since the year 2021. 7. In view of the aforesaid reason, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) (First), Faizabad to hear and decide the Regular Suit No.586 of 2021 (Shrawan Kumar Dubey Versus Harishyam Pandey and others), expeditiously.
