This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to grant 21 days Ordinary Leave without police escort to the petitioner's husband namely Jeeva, S/o.Chandirasekaran, Live Convict Prisoner, PID No.256071 confined at Central Prison, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025. 2.Heard Mr.K.A.S.Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under
