Her engagement has been discontinued vide order dated 30.5.2025, passed by Chief Education Officer, Bageshwar. Thus feeling aggrieved, she has approached this Court. (3) Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that complaints were received against the petitioner that she uses violence against the students and there was also a complaint that petitioner’s behaviour towards Principal and other teachers of the concerned school is very aggressive. (4) This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of discontinuance passed against the petitioner, as she does not hold lien on the post against which she was engaged. A person, who is not able to control temperament, is not fit to become a teacher. However, having regard to the fact that petitioner has served for the last more than four years, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation. If she makes representation to the Chief Education Officer concerned, the same shall be decided, as per law, within two months from the date of its receipt.
