In view of the order proposed, notice to respondent no. 2 is hereby dispensed with. 3. The instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs: "i. Issue an order or direction to opposite party no.01 to decide the Case/ Divorce Petition No. 222/2024 (Anoop Kanaujiya Vs. Shivani Kanaujiya), filed under Section-13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending before him since 18.03.2024 within some stipulated time. ii. Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petition. iii. Allow the petition with cost in favour of the petitioner." 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed Case/ Divorce Petition No. 222/2024 (Anoop Kanaujiya Vs. Shivani Kanaujiya), under Section-13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ayodhya and the said case is pending since the year 2024. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has thus argued that it would be in the fitness of things if this Court may issue a direction to the learned trial court to hear and decide the case in question expeditiously. 6. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and I find that the Case/ Divorce Petition No. 222/2024 (Anoop Kanaujiya Vs. Shivani Kanaujiya) is pending before the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ayodhya, since the year 2024. 7. In view of the aforesaid reason, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ayodhya to hear and decide the Case/ Divorce Petition No. 222/2024 (Anoop Kanaujiya Vs.
