In view of order being passed, notice to opposite parties no. 7 to 9 stands dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no. 6 to 9 from the land Gata no. 39/0.0630 Hectare (recorded as 'Nala' in revenue record), Gata No. 40B/0.0630 Hectare and Gata No. 31/0.0510 Hectare (recorded as ponds in revenue records) and are situated at Village Baghvaria, Pargana, Tehsil and District - Amethi and Gata no. 386 & 285 recorded as ponds in revenue records which are situated at Village - Kherauna, Pargana, Tehsil and District - Amethi (as contained in Annexure No.1) in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ order or direction in any nature which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case........" 4. Considering aforesaid prayer, liberty is granted to petitioner to approach appropriate authorities under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of application after affording opportunity of hearing to the alleged encroachers. 5.
