The relief sought in this writ petition is as under:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No. 1 to 3 to provide adequate security for safety security of the petitioner's property/ House Bearing No. 638/004 situated at Khargapur, Faridinagar, ward Babu jagjivan Ram, Indira Nagar, Lucknow." The Additional City Magistrate- VII, Lucknow vide instructions dated 18.10.2021 has informed the learned Standing Counsel that no application referable to Section 133 Cr.P.C. is entered in the 'misil band' register, meaning thereby, there is no such application received, therefore, no proceedings are pending. There is a provision contained in the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 which can be availed by the petitioner as far as it may be permissible in law.
