In view of the nature of order proposed, notice to Opposite Parties No.2, 3 and 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./529 B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed for a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Utraula, Balrampur to decide the Case No.21 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202508100302426) "State versus Shyam Dev Yadav", filed under Section 133 Cr.P.C., within a time as fixed by this Court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that the proceedings under Section 133 Cr.P.C. are pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Utraula, Balrampur since 20.4.2024. It has further been submitted that the proceedings under Section 133 Cr.P.C. are summary in nature and therefore, they need to be decided expeditiously. 5. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State submits that this Court may provide that the case in question may be decided by the trial court expeditiously. 6. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State. I find that the proceedings under Section 133 Cr.P.C. are pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Utraula, Balrampur since year 2024. 7. In the interest of justice, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Utraula, Balrampur to decide the Case No.21 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202508100302426) "State versus Shyam Dev Yadav" within a period of four months from the date of service of certified copy of this order.
