Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to count the temporary basis services of the petitioners rendered in the respondent department 1991 and 2001 for pension purposes. II. Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioners, in the interest of justice..." 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file a fresh individual representation before the opposite party no.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, General Administration, Government of U.P.
