This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to restrain from carrying out any construction activity over Gata Nos. 97, 98, 106 and 107, during the pendency of proceedings under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code before the ADM, Pratapgarh. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh to decide the e representations dated 22.11.2024 as Annexure No.2 filed by the petitioner in a time-bound manner." 3. The allegation of the petitioner is that the Lekhpal in collusion with the Gram Pradhan is constructing Chak Road over the Bagh/Bhumidhari Land of the petitioner. The petitioner has made a representation in this regard to the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Sadar to look into the grievance of the petitioner as the same has already been mark to him on 19.11.2024 by the Competent Authority. Appropriate orders be passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar within two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
