Issue a direction directing the opposite parties to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2025 submitted before the District Magistrate, Lucknow, for the release of compensation in respect of the acquired land bearing Kharsra No. 519, Gata No. 390, situated in Village Barauli Khalilabad, District Lucknow under the Telibagh/Vrindavan Scheme No. 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council (Annexed as Annexure No. 1)." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has already represented before the respondent no. 2, the respondent no. 2 is directed to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of two months from today. 4.
