GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents 1 to 3. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent in not registering crime on the respondents 4 to 8 even then involved in a cognizable offence on 13.03.2025 and registered crime against petitioner vide Crime Nos.119 of 2025 and 120 of 2025. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation, it will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to disposed off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the 3rd respondent and on such receipt of complaint, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the complaint, in accordance with law and as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
