Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to construct boundary wall of the petitioner demolished by private respondent or to provide compensation." We have heard the arguments made by learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears that private respondent no.6 has demolished the boundary wall of the petitioner. However, in this regard a Suit is also pending. The petitioner has raised disputed questions of fact, which cannot be decided in Writ jurisdiction. This writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum.
