This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 8.5.2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 135 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 3(5), 103(1), 109(1), 333, 352, 351(3), 115(2) of B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Patti, District Pratapgarh. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested that this writ petition may be disposed of and liberty may be given to the applicant to file an appropriate application for seeking anticipatory bail before the appropriate court of law. 4. Accordingly, without entering into merits of the case, we hereby dispose off finally at the admission stage giving liberty to the petitioner to file an application for anticipatory bail before the appropriate court of law within a period of two weeks. .
