Order or direction as deemed fit proper in the circumstances of case.
IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents to forthwith process the proposals of the Petitioner management dated 11-12-2017 for filling up of 14 Teaching and 4 Non-Teaching vacant Aided posts in Petitioner School and accord permission in terms of the provisions under GO Ms. No. 1, Dated: 1.1.1994, pending Writ Petition the interest of Justice.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. None represented on behalf of the Petitioner. The Proceeding Sheet dated 03.12.2024 & 09.07.2025, also shows that none represented for the Petitioner. The Matter is directed to be listed today under the caption “for dismissal”. Despite the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal” in the list today, none represented the matter. It appears they have no interest in prosecuting the matter.
