The account of the petitioner has been freezed by the Branch of Central Bank of India concerned in pursuance to a communication received from the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime PS, CCS, Detective Department, Government of Telangana Police Department dated 15.06.2024 under Sections 91 and 102 of the Cr.P.C. 3. Let the Bank communicate with the said Police Personnel as to whether the cause for freezing of the account still continues and if it is so, inform the petitioner accordingly, so that the petitioner may take appropriate action as per law. 4.
