The prosecutrix is daughter of the accused and she is minor in age. The pairokar who has filed this petition is paternal uncle of the prosecutrix. 2. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner face the trial. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
