In view of the order proposed, notice to respondents no. 2 to 12 is hereby dispensed with. 3. The instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking following reliefs: "i. Direct the learned Court of Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Malihabad, Lucknow to expeditiously conclude the trial of the Regular Suit No. 844/2019; Santosh Kumar Pandey Vs. Munna Singh Chauhan and others preferably within the time stipulated by the Hon'ble Court. ii. Issue any other appropriate, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem, just and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case. iii. Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner." 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed Regular Suit No. 844/2019; (Santosh Kumar Pandey Vs. Munna Singh Chauhan and others) before the learned court of Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Malihabad, Lucknow and the said suit is pending since the year 2019. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has thus argued that it would be in the fitness of things if this Court may issue a direction to the learned trial court to hear and decide the suit in question expeditiously. 6. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and I find that the Regular Suit No. 844/2019; (Santosh Kumar Pandey Vs. Munna Singh Chauhan and others) is pending before the learned court of Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Malihabad, Lucknow, since the year 2019. 7. In view of the aforesaid reason, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court of Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Malihabad, Lucknow to hear and decide the Regular Suit No. 844/2019; (Santosh Kumar Pandey Vs.
