Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J The petitioner aged 67 years, has filed this writ petition seeking benefit of decision rendered in Baldev Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 It is seen from the record that the petitioner has not moved any representation to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of his grievances. 2. Faced within this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to move representation to the respondents/competent authority, and prays that the respondents/competent authority be 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWP No. 2711/2017 decided on 22.02.2022 2 directed to consider and decide the same within time bound schedule. 3. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn by permitting the petitioner to make a representation to respondents/competent authority, within a period of two weeks from today for the redressal of his grievances, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks.
