KRISHNAKUMAR ORDER 04.04.2025 Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel, appears for the petitioners. Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned DSGI, placed before this Court a copy of the proceeding dated 27.03.2025 and states that pursuant to the directions passed by this Court, respondent department has complied with the order of this Court. By the aforesaid proceeding, the petitioners in CONT. CAS (C) No. 55 of 2020 and CONT. CAS (C) No. 56 of 2020 are granted the benefits of the judgments and are entitled for re-fixation of pay at par with ITBP and CRPF, however, in so far as the petitioners in CONT. CAS (C) No. 108 of 2020 and CONT. CAS (C) No. 45 of 2021 are concerned, they are not entitled for the benefits and therefore, the claim of the petitioners in the aforesaid contempt petitions have been rejected. In the light of the above proceeding, the present contempt petitions and the miscellaneous application stand closed. If he petitioners are aggrieved, they are at liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
