Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners invites the attention of this Court to a letter dated October 8, 2025 issued on behalf of the Research, Design and Standard Organization, Ministry of Railways, Government of India, whereby the petitioners have been intimated that upon scrutiny of the replies furnished by the petitioners to the show-cause notice dated December 21, 2021, the competent authority of the said organization has approved the closure of the said show-cause notice. 3. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in view of such communication, the writ petition should stand answered in favour of the petitioners. 2 4.
