The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that despite the pendency of the S.A. before the DRT, steps are being taken for eviction. 3. The documents on record reveal that an order was passed on 23.03.2025 by the DRT, which is subject matter of challenge before the DRT. 4. As the petitioner has already approached the DRT, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the DRT for grant of interim relief. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the DRT expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week of the same being filed.
