GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.03.2025 in accordance with the procedure of BNSS. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that, the police have recorded the statements of the petitioner and his neighbours, and have concluded that the dispute 2 pertains to a compound wall in the open area between the petitioner and his neighbours. It is submitted that, as the matter relates to civil issue, the police have advised the petitioner and other parties to redress their grievance before the appropriate civil Court. It is also submitted that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the others. 4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the 3rd respondents shall not interfere in the civil dispute at behest of any third parties. It is further left open for the petitioner to redress his grievance before the appropriate Court. 5.
