Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a order or direction thereby directing the opposite party no.1 to decide the Suit No.43/2021 'Chand Ali versus Hazrat Ali and Others' as earliest as possible, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shrawasti, as well as temporary injunction application pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shravasti in regular suit no 43/2021 in the interest of justice." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing of the suit before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law. 3. However, the temporary injunction application pending in the said suit shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
