In view of the proposed order, notices to respondents no.5 & 6 are hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed following main reliefs:- "a. Issue a writ, Order or Direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no.2 to 4 to make fair and proper investigation in FIR no.0343/2023 under section 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. Police Station - Rupaidiha District - Bahraich as contained in Annexure no.1 to this petition in the best interest of justice." 4. Sri G.D. Bhatt, learned AGA, has shown copy of instructions letter dated 04.06.2025 provided by the Sub Inspector of the concerning police station apprising that charge sheet has been filed in the aforesaid case and the matter is pending consideration before the Trial Court. The aforesaid instructions letter is taken on record. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 6. However, it is always open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the appropriate court of law, if she is aggrieved from any inaction of the investigating agency. 7.
