The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 9718 OF 2017 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the Public Auction Notice dated 09.03.2017 vide proceedings in Roc.No.1941/2012/A1, inviting bids to participate in auction, for the second schedule i.e open site of Tenali Municipality, situated on the northern side of RTC bus stand, Tenali as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court on 17.03.2017 granted interim stay for a period of twelve weeks and the same was extended until further orders subsequently. At this point of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication, as the Respondent Authorities may not have to issue fresh notice, in the event they intended to conduct auction. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
