Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following substantive relief:- “(i) That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to release the arrears of the petitioner from his entitlement viz a viz from the date of his regularization i.e. w.e.f. 18.07.2019 along with interest @ 18% per annum till the date of its realization.” 2. As per the averments made in the petition and documents annexed therewith, the petitioner had sought a limited relief that he has not been paid the arrears from the back date despite the recommendations made by the Regional Manager, HRTC, Baijnath. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondent- Corporation has produced a communication dated 02.03.2026, issued by the Regional Manager, HRTC Baijnath. The same is taken on record. 4. A perusal of the communication reveals that an amount of ₹2,33,018/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No. 502003 dated 27.02.2026, after deducting an amount of ₹25,891/-. 5. In view of the said communication, the relief prayed by the petitioner has been granted to him and thus, the petition has rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of.
