The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order of this Court’s dated 24.10.2024 passed in WPS No.5373/2024. 2 Relevant portion of said order reads as under : “Considering that in the letter dated 20.6.2024 there is no specific mention regarding withdrawal of permission to conduct second walk test granted vide letter dated 18.1.2024 and further considering that petitioners herein have qualified other tests and their name finds place in merit list, purely as an interim measure, the respondents are directed to keep vacant 10 posts in the category of respective petitioners’ till next date of hearing.” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that as per direction of this Court, respondent-authority are not fulfilling the vacant 10 posts in the category of respective petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 contended that he has filed the covering memo today itself alongwith relevant order/document showing that in compliance of order/direction of this Court, respondent-authority keep the 10 posts vacant in the category of respective petitioners, till the next date of hearing. 4.
