The petitioners allege violation of an interim order dated 07.04.2011 passed by the Commissioner, Lucknow in Revision No.673 of 1995 under Section 331(3) of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. 3. If it is so, that the petitioner should approach the Commissioner concerned, who shall ensure compliance of his orders or the petitioner may initiate proceedings under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, if there is a cause in law and if the said interim order is still subsisting. 4. In the meantime, the Commissioner concerned should also make efforts to decide the revision, which appears to be of 1995 at the earliest say within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
