By way of this execution petition, the petitioner is seeking the execution of the order passed by the Erstwhile Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.846 of 2018, titled as Paras Ram versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 01.07.2019. 2 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the needful in the case of the petitioner in terms of the judgment that has been now announced by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Surajmani’s case will be done within a period of six weeks from today. 4. The proceedings are accordingly closed by taking the statement of learned Additional Advocate General on record but with liberty to the petitioner that, in case, the needful is not done within a period of six weeks, then, he may file an application seeking revival of this execution petition.
