The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Criminal Case No. 50 of 2018 (State vs. Hazi Zamil Uddin Qureshi and another) Under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 409, 471 120B, I.P.C., 13(1) D and 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, P.S. Nayee Ki Mandi, District-Agra pending in the court of Special Judge, Prevention of Corruption Act, Meerut against the applicant no.1 and Under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 409, 471 120B, I.P.C., against the applicant no. 2 and also the summoning order dated 21.12.2018 and further to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. Notice was issued to opposite party no.2 vide order dated 7.3.2019. As per office report dated 30.10.2023 notice has been served upon opposite party no.2 secondly but no one appears on behalf of opposite party no.2 even when the matter is taken up in the revised list despite service of notice. 4. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicants, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 6.
