The present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of proceedings of Case No.4229 of 2024 pending in the Family Court, Lucknow and also the proceedings of Case No.223 of 2022 pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow from Lucknow to the equivalent courts at District Agra. 3. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant- wife, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow and in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow are transferred to the equivalent court at District Agra.
