Heard learned counsel for appellant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for State and perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14 A(1) of S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act has been filed against the entire proceedings and charge sheet dated 26.5.2023 arising out of Sessions Trial No.2971 of 2023, Case Crime No.173 of 2023 (State Vs. Satyam Kashyp and others) as well as summoning order dated 20.09.2023 under Sections 147, 354Kh, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C, Sections 3 (1)D, Dh, 3(2), VA, 3(1) W(1) (P.A.) S.C/S.T. Act, police station Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for appellant, after arguing for some time, submits that present appeal may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a bail application which may be decided in view of law laid down by Supreme Court in "Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, Special Leave to Appeal (Cri)No.5191 of 2021", to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. In view of above, prayer for quashing the impugned proceeding is refused. So far as other prayer is concerned, it is provided that in case the appellant, namely, Shivam Kashyap, appears before the trial court within 14 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in view of the law laid down by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra). 5.Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of.
