The challenge in this petition is made to the recovery certificate dated 22.10.2020 with regard to the electricity charges. Heard. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that the appeal is provided under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal. He also submits that for a week, the respondent no.3 may not make any recovery. To it, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that for a week, the proceedings of recovery shall not be initiated. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as above.
