Petitioner possesses B.Ed. qualification. He pursued Bridge Course, conducted by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and appeared in the examination held by the said Body in 2019. The grievance raised by petitioner is that the marks scored by him, in practical examination, have not been mentioned in the mark-sheet issued to him by NIOS. 5. Reliefs sought in this writ petition are as follows:- (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner by correcting the Mark-sheet of Bridge Course completed by the petitioner in the year 2019 forthwith. (ii) direct the Respondent No. 2 to conclude and decide the Representation dated 21.11.2025 within stipulated period. 6. Mr. Shashank Upadhyaya, learned counsel appearing for NIOS, on instructions, submits that since representation made by petitioner on 28.11.2025 is pending consideration before the Competent Authority, therefore, decision thereupon shall be 2025:UHC:10910 taken, within eight weeks. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 28.11.2025, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
