Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, D.A.G. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 465 of 2023, under Section 420, 120B IPC, Police Station Bahadarabad, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is the case of the applicant that he was a developer, but he could not completed the project. Multiple FIRs have been lodged against him. Many of the cases have been settled by him. Now, the companies are under liquidation and the matters are pending before the Delhi High Court. In similar kind of cases, the applicant has been granted bail by this Court. Reference has been made to the order dated 13.02.2025, passed in First Bail Application No. 87 of 2025, which is Annexure 5 to the bail application 4. This fact is admitted by learned State counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
