The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an order or direction to opposite party no. 2 Additional JSCC Court No. 19, Lucknow to decide SCC Suit No. 53 of 2012, Dayaram and another Vs. Kunwar Pal, which is pending since 05.12.2012 within a stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
