Heard Sri Shobh Nath Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. In view of the order proposed, notice to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is hereby dispensed with. 3. The instant petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs: "(i) Direct the Opposite Party No. 1 to decide the regular suit number 1171/2019 "Amit Verma vs Gaya Prasad" pending before the Opposite Party No. 1, expeditiously within time stipulated by this Hon'ble High Court. 2. Issue any other suitable order or direction as the Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the circumstances of the case. 3. To allow the petition with costs throughout." 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had filed a civil suit i.e. Regular Suit No.1171 of 2019 (Amit Verma vs Gaya Prasad) in the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Havali, Faizabad and the said suit is pending since the year 2019. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has thus argued that it would be in the fitness of things if this Court may issue a direction to the learned trial court to hear and decide the suit in question expeditiously. 6. I have considered the submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and I find that the Regular Suit No.1171 of 2019 (Amit Verma vs Gaya Prasad) is pending before the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Havali, Faizabad since the year 2019. 7. In view of the aforesaid reason, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Havali, Faizabad to hear and decide the Regular Suit No.1171 of 2019 (Amit Verma vs Gaya Prasad), expeditiously.
