This is an application for abatement of writ petition on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4. Shri Piyush Kishore, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 contends that it has been indicated in the application that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has died on 23.04.2021. The copy of the death certificate of the petitioner has also been annexed as annexure A-1 to the said application. No application for substitution of legal heirs of the petitioner has been moved till date. Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed.
